ABOUT $HIZMZ

$HIZMZ began with things recognized through living.

Experiences. Patterns. Contradictions. Lessons that cost enough to remember.

Cesar Gallardo began recording those observations and turning them over until the thought underneath became clear.

A $HIZM is what survives the audit: a deposit of perspective, recognized under pressure, that compounds in value the longer you live with it.

The First Ledger brings fifty of those $HIZMZ together across five Elements:

• Purpose.
• Essence.
• Relationships.
• Rhythm.
• Legacy.

Each Record is an invitation to look again.

Not everything here is meant to tell you what to think.

Some things are here to give you something worth thinking about.

EVERYTHING MEANS SOMETHING.
