shizmz.com is operated by Aligned Elements LLC, a Florida limited liability company and the parent brand of $HIZMZ. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aligned Elements LLC.

The only personal information you give us on this site is your email address, when you choose to join a waitlist. With it we record which waitlist you joined and that you signed up through this website.

We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number or payment details. Nothing can be purchased on this site at present, and joining a waitlist is not a purchase, order or paid reservation.

You join a waitlist by entering your email address in a sign-up form and submitting it. We use your address to tell you about the $HIZMZ Card Deck, The Full Ledger and related $HIZMZ and Aligned Elements updates, including availability and launch news.

Submitting the form does not send you a welcome or marketing email automatically.

Our email list is hosted by Beehiiv, our email service provider, under our Aligned Elements publication. When you sign up, your email address is sent securely from our server to Beehiiv, which stores your address, interest tags and subscription status and sends our emails on our behalf. Beehiiv may record whether emails are delivered, opened or clicked. Beehiiv’s own handling of data is described in its privacy policy.

Each sign-up form adds a label to your subscriber record so we know what you asked to hear about: shizmz_deck for the $HIZMZ Card Deck and shizmz_collection for The Full Ledger. If you join both, both labels are kept on a single record. We use these labels only to send updates relevant to your interest.

We add you to a list only when you submit your email address and agree to receive emails from $HIZMZ. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to alignedelementshq@gmail.com. If you have unsubscribed, signing up again on this site will not automatically re-subscribe you.

We have not added advertising, social-media or third-party marketing trackers to this site.

Our website platform provides basic built-in visitor statistics, such as page views and approximate visitor counts. To deliver the site securely, the platform and its network provider may also set technical cookies.

The Vault remembers which Records you have drawn using your browser’s session storage. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you close the browser tab.

Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this site and our email list: Beehiiv (email), our website hosting platform, Lovable, and its network provider Cloudflare (site delivery, security and visitor statistics), and Google Fonts (typefaces). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep your email address while you remain subscribed. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to alignedelementshq@gmail.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email alignedelementshq@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity.

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact alignedelementshq@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your email address is transmitted over an encrypted connection and passed to Beehiiv from our server; our email service credentials are never exposed in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
